COVID-19 AGREEMENT

By registering for this event, I agree to review and comply with all applicable COVID-19 related laws, regulations, policies, and guidance, including by not limited to, local COVID-19 regulations and any policies or protocols implemented by DRG or the conference venue.

I acknowledge that DRG cannot guarantee that attendees will not be exposed to or contract COVID-19 while attending this event, and by attending I may be exposing myself or increasing my risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19.

I understand the DRG will closely monitor conditions surrounding COVID-19 through the start of the conference and DRG reserves the right to modify any COVID-19 related policies or protocols in its sole discretion at any time. DRG will maintain ongoing communications with all registrants should any such changes be implemented.

As a condition of attendance, I agree to follow all protocols as required by DRG and/or the event venue. I understand that refusal to abide by these procedures may result in ejection from the event and cancellation of my registration, without refund.

I agree to self-monitor for COVID-19 symptoms leading up to this event and will not attend if I display any symptoms or have recently been exposed to someone with COVID-19. I understand that if I am unable to attend due to illness, I will receive a credit for the cost of my registration towards a future DRG event.

REFUND POLICY

Conference registrations are transferable. If you cannot attend, please email info@donorrelationsguru.com to transfer your registration to someone else at your organization. Refunds are given up to 7 days prior to the event.
